through school, spent summers catering music festivals across Chicagoland and graduated from the University of Colorado with a business degree with an emphasis in real estate. She somehow also found the time to blow our collective minds as an intern at Market during her senior year. Now a licensed and full-time broker, Brittany is living the high-altitude life in Colorado. You know what they say: more money, more problems. Well, “they” couldn’t be more wrong when Ashley Kaufman’s on the scene. This mother of two and former corporate finance pro worked her magic for an aerospace company, the burrito slingers

at Chipotle, and Ball Corp’s aluminum can sector before becoming her own boss to run all things finance for teams like ours. Translation: she knows her stuff.

Ashley loves to travel (between industries and geographies), and she’s been to over 15 countries. She’s also watched rocket launches at Cape Canaveral and summered in Alaska to help out at her dad’s commercial salmon fishing business and — get this — legit GOLD MINE. No wonder this one’s in finance, right?
