Well, the time has come! This beautiful and historic (125 years of history to be exact) Boulder staple has been given yet another life. Once home to The Walrus Saloon, Walnut Realty and a myriad of tenants over the years, 1911 11th Street is officially 100% leased – and we can not wait to see what the next 125 years have in store for this iconic building!
After years of hard work and patience, the entire 23,242 SF building is now fully leased. When owner Scott Littlefield teamed up with Market Real Estate in 2016 to help find his first investment property in Boulder, 1911 11th struck us as an exciting project in a rock star location. I mean how could you say no to eclectic Boulder, a short walk to Pearl, and a chance to be a part of Boulder’s history? Since purchasing the building in 2016, preserving and accentuating its traditional charm has been the goal. 1911 11th could not have asked for a better building owner than Scott Littlefield, and we were so proud to collaborate on bringing this building back to life.
1911 11th street is now home to RE/MAX Alliance on Walnut (welcome back!), Rubicon a private equity firm, The Spotted James – your soon to be favorite bar, and last but not least our newest tenant and Boulder’s newest restaurant, Pasta Press! This building literally has a little bit of everything: brokers, business, booze, and burrata.
