I am excited to unveil my new blog, a project I have been working on (and thinking about) for a while. My goal of this site is to provide current and reliable commercial real estate data for businesses and investors who are leasing or purchasing property in and around Boulder, Colorado. I appreciate feedback as this site develops to help me make it a valuable tool for those involved in commercial real estate transactions here in Boulder.
Who is Todd Walsh?
Growing up in Boulder I have watched this city grow from a little college town tucked near the foothills to a bustling business and tourism center with a thriving economy. What I enjoy so much now is being involved on a daily basis with the transactions that bring new business and grow existing businesses in our community. As a commercial real estate broker for The Colorado Group, Inc. I specialize in commercial office, industrial and retail leasing and sales. This means when there is a new retail space available on the Pearl St Mall, I am looking to find a complimentary business to fill the space. When there is a new office that is looking to grow their company to provide an innovative product or service to market, I am helping them grow in our community. I am proud to be an active member of this local business community and proud to be a part of bringing new jobs, new ideas and new people to the home I know and love.

What really makes me who I am is my family and my friends – many who have lived in Boulder their entire lives. My wife and I are so proud to call Boulder home living in South Boulder with our growing family of two dogs a beautiful little girl and a two year old boy. As a resident of Boulder, I love the outdoors and taking advantage of all Colorado has to offer including fly fishing, skiing, hiking, camping and biking. Being a Buff’s fan my whole life I can remember the awe I had of Ralphie (the Buffalo mascot) thundering into our stadium and the glory of football games won and the woe of seasons lost. When my wife and I are able to get away we love to spend our time scuba diving in warm clear waters all over the world.
