An Update on 19Eleven
In case you haven’t been following the progress of this amazing historic building at 1911 11th Street in downtown Boulder, here is an update.
Older History
This building has seen it all. It was built in 1895, 24 years after the city of Boulder was incorporated, 18 years after the University of Colorado was established, 5 years after the Daily Camera was founded (raise your hand if you remember when it was called the Boulder Camera?), and 1 year after the 100-year flood devastated Boulder. Love Boulder history…. we do too.
Recent History
The building was purchased in 2016 by investor Scott Littlefield, who took on its ambitious renovation. Sine 2016 the basement to top floor have ben fully renovated. Scott was careful to preserve key historical details like the notable brick arches above the windows.
Next Chapter
The office spaces are all leased up! But we have some good news. A cheery retail space and the garden level (with a tavern license!) are still available. Here’s the scoop.
Retail
This small retail suite is located at the south east section of the main level with an entrance right off 11th Street. It is half a block from the Pearl Street Mall with building and blade signage this is a cannot-miss opportunity. The beautiful space offers 12 foot ceilings and original brick walls with modern finishes. Unit Size 1,277 SF | Rate $50/SF NNN | Available Now for TI
Tavern
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take over the historic restaurant/tavern space previously occupied by The Walrus. Located on the highly visible corner of 11th and Walnut Street in downtown Boulder, this building anchors one of Boulder’s most popular blocks of legendary restaurants and bars. OF NOTE: the lease comes with a tavern liquor license. This is a huge deal, folks. Boulder eagerly awaits the successor of this historic hangout.
