Heidi Schamber Named Partner of Market Real Estate
Local real estate firm promotes longtime broker to co-lead the business into the next generation of commercial leasing and sales
Boulder, Colorado (November 9, 2020)–Market Real Estate, announced today that commercial broker Heidi Schamber has been promoted to the position of Partner with the firm. Schamber joins founder Todd Walsh as Market’s second partner in a first-time expansion of the leadership team. Market opened its doors in 2017 and has continued to grow its business and involvement in the local community with its original core team of four industry professionals.
Schamber has been in commercial real estate for over 13 years, both as a broker and property manager. At the peak of her property management career, she oversaw more than one million square feet in Boulder County. Today, she closes an average of $12 million transactions annually, specializing in commercial leasing and sales for small to mid-sized companies primarily based in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont, Broomfield and Superior.

Schamber and Walsh have collaborated since 2008, beginning at The Colorado Group, then BOOM Properties, and currently at Market.
Schamber’s involvement with real estate goes far beyond her career in commercial properties. She also serves on the Board of Mother House, a local organization that provides shelter and support to mothers in need. According to its website, “Since 1982, Mother House has been much more than a shelter. The program is designed to help our residents not only develop the skills needed to become good parents, but also to thrive — personally, as mothers and as responsible members of society.”
Walsh added, “It was only natural for Heidi to have the title of Partner because honestly, she’s been one all along. I consider myself profoundly lucky to have the opportunity to work with such a strong and well-grounded woman. Plus, she’s pretty fun to be around, so that never hurts.”
