Above and Beyond
The Pro’s Closet sale was a special one to us. As brokers, we relish in learning everything we can about our client before making a deal. We learned who they are currently, but also how they want to grow. We took into account where their employees lived and the potential commute times. Widening our usual search was crucial for this deal. We went outside our normal scope for them and it was worth it. Eventually, we found our clients literally one of the most beautiful warehouses we have ever seen. It was perfect for The Pros Closet, providing the ideal setting for the business to cultivate its culture and grow well into the future.
