Off-Market Deal
A group of investors out of Chicago came to Boulder looking for a redevelopment opportunity. We suggested a property that was the former home to Boulder’s Liquor Mart. It was an interesting transaction for us, as this property was not on-market at the time and had recently sold to another owner in town. The owner was looking to sell, the investors were looking to buy, and Market came in to accomplish just that. We brought the various parties to the negotiating table to make the off-market transaction happen. Off-market, on market, buying or selling, Market will get it done.
