Demolition of Old Chicago 1102 Pearl Street in Boulder
April 1, 2020 was a day that will go down in history. And it was no joke. The historic building at 1102 Pearl Street on the corner of Pearl and 11th Street was demolished. The firmer home of the original Old Chicago will forever be the source of memories for many of us. But we are excited to see what the next chapter holds for 1102 Pearl

1102 Pearl has a premier location on the Pearl St. Mall is getting a full-blown upgrade, and you stand to reap the spoils.
