Safer At Home for Real Estate
This week marks the first full week Boulder County transitions to the revised public health order, Safer At Home (Executive Order D 2020 044 / Public Health Order 20-28), which means some of the formerly prohibited real estate services may resume, but with important restrictions. Below is a guide with some of the most important changes.
As always, sellers and landlords may impose additional restrictions as they wish such as limiting showings to pre-qualified buyers only or prohibiting showings until a contract has been signed by both parties. City and county rules supersede state rules when they are more restrictive and cities and counties may increase restrictions at any time as needed. So keep an eye on any changes from your local jurisdictions.
At Market Real Estate, all of our listings are presented virtually via 3D Matterport tours, professional photography, property brochures, and more, and remain up to date on our website. That said, we look forward to offering property walk-throughs at this time, upon request. Take care and stay safe!
