The Pros Find The Pro’s a New Headquarters in CTC
We are proud to announce that our own Market Real Estate broker, Rachel Rohrig, represented Boulder-based company The Pro’s Closet to close on a new location in the Colorado technology Center in Louisville. The Pro’s Closet, founded in 2006 by Nick Martin, is an online marketplace where users can buy, sell, and trade high-end bike and bike parts.
After recently closing on a $12M round of fundraising with Foundry Group and Edison Partners, The Pro’s Closet has been looking for a location to accommodate its rapid growth.
“Nick Martin and Merle Waterman are passionate and inspiring leaders that have been looking for a corporate headquarters which fits all of their needs,” said Rachel. “We found that in the space in the CTC”
The new location is nearly 137,000 square feet of state-of-the-art industrial flex space owned and managed by Etkin Johnson. The space, which was previously occupied by another outdoor enthusiast company, Fenix Outdoors, will be able to accommodate the company’s rapid growth. Rachel was thrilled to partner with Ryan Good and Lindsey Gooch of Etkin Johnson to complete the deal.
Rachel has been a champion for The Pro’s Closet since its beginnings in a small warehouse in north Boulder. Not long ago, the company expanded into a second warehouse space in Longmont, a deal which Rachel also brokered. Since then, plan and vision has been to get back under one roof, which will be achieved once the company consolidates into the new Louisville space.
Outdoor recreation sales have exploded through the COVID-19 pandemic. We at Market Real Estate are thrilled that this deserving online bicycle company has benefited from these unique circumstances and is moving towards a bright future.
“Getting to play a very small role in helping an amazing local company grow has been a highlight of my career,” said Rachel. “I am humbled and so thrilled for The Pro’s Closet on this journey.”
