Two Multi-Family Residences Get Top Dollar in Boulder
With price tags at approximately a million each, two properties sell after only
a little over a month on the market

BOULDER, COLORADO – November 21, 2014 – A pair of big-ticket real estate sales illustrate just how strong the residential multi-family market remains in Boulder.
The first was a six-unit residential building located at 700 30th Street with 3200 square feet, owned by Logan Altman. The property was built in 1962 and was listed for $1,017,000 and sold after only 47 days on the market for $1,004,953.
The second was a four-unit residential building just down the street at 945 30th Street built in 1960 with 3280 square feet, and also owned by Logan Altman. This property was listed for $1,000,000 and sold for just under asking price at $987,917, also with only 47 days on the market.
The listing agents on both transactions were Todd Walsh and Scott Crabtree who represented the properties. Brigette Furst of 8z Real Estate was the buyer’s agent in both transactions.
Both properties are zoned for Creekside elementary and Manhattan middle schools. And each property has six individual parking spaces.
“We are seeing more and more of these types of properties come up for sale in Boulder. One thing buyers need to know is to be sure they have all of their financial documents ready, because these opportunities are not sticking around,” said Walsh.
